Your tasks
- Technical and organizational management of financial accounting
- Leading a team of 1.5 employees and serving as the liaison to the Payroll Deparment and the Human Resources department
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Liquidity planning and monitoring of payment transactions
- Preparing analyses, statistics, and reports for executive management and external parties
- Point of contact for tax advisors, auditors, banks, and tax authorities
- Further development and optimization of accounting processes
- Support with budgeting and corporate planning
