Your profile
  • Completed vacational training
  • Ideally, you already have experience in billing in a freight forwarding/logistics company
  • Accuracy
  • Solution-oriented, independent work and organizational skills
  • Confidence when using the MS Office Package
Your tasks
  • Billing of our forwarding services, maily part and full load transport
  • Billing of our subcontractors
  • Checking recceipts and invoices
  • Complaint management
  • Communication with shippers, forwarders and partner companies
  • Document preparation and (digital) storage
  • Managing loading equipment accounts (exchange pallets)
  • Creating and posting loading equipment invoices
